Thank you in advance in participating in EMIM. It has been my vision for several years to have every member in ministry and in some mission of the church. Ministry is anything that we do "inside" the church. Mission is defined as anything that we do "outside" the church.

There is no limit to the number of people who can be led to the Lord and discipled after being saved if everyone of us would do his or her small part.

I would like to see us reverse the 80/20 rule that normally occurs in all churches. The 80/20 rule says that 20%of the people do 80% of the work and give 80% of the money. Think what we can do when 100% of our family members participate 100% in the ministry and outreach missions of the Lord's church. This booklet gives you an opportunity to pick and choose the areas where you would like to be involved.

This will work at Lanes Chapel because we are not an ordinary church.
